Terms of stay

These terms apply to bookings made directly with Riad Al Joud. Bookings made through a platform follow that platform’s terms.

Check-in and check-out

Please let us know your arrival time.

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from the riad . An enquiry sent through the website form is not a booking.

Payment methods and tourist tax: being updated.

In accordance with Moroccan regulations, an identity document (passport or national ID card) is required on arrival for each guest.

The other conditions of your stay are sent to you in writing when your booking is confirmed.
